I forgot my password +
Use “Forgot password?” on the login page: we will email you a link to choose a new one. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
I did not get the verification email +
Sign in and use the “Resend” button on the verification page. If it still does not arrive, open a ticket below with the category “Account & login”.
How do I report a shot or a member? +
Open the shot and use the “Report” button: reports go straight to the moderation team. Use this form for anything that does not fit a report.
How do I delete my account? +
Go to Settings → Delete account. Your profile, shots and comments are removed permanently.
How does the Founding 100 badge work? +
The first 100 verified members get a numbered badge and lifetime Pro, kept as long as they keep posting. See the Founding Members page for the full rules.
How does Discover work? +
Open Discover from the menu: shots appear full screen, one at a time. On a phone swipe up for the next one and down to go back; on a computer scroll or use the arrow keys. Double-tap a photo to like it, tap once to hide the buttons. “For you” mixes new shots, popular ones and hidden gems, never repeating a shot during your visit. See the About page for every detail.
How do I mention or tag other avatars? +
In a caption or a comment, type @ followed by a few letters of their name or username (for example “Shot by @slenderhuntsman”) and pick them from the suggestions: the mention becomes a link to their profile and they get a notification. To show who is in the photo, use “Who’s in this shot” when you upload or edit a shot: the shot also appears in the Tagged tab of their profile. Members can choose who may tag them in Settings → Tags in shots.
